Delicious caramel pies can be prepared very simply and quickly. It is not always worth buying ready-made caramel, it is also made at home - it turns out no worse than a store. Also worth noting is a pie with puff pastry. Packing such a product in the freezer allows you to get a delicious dessert very quickly.
"Changeling" with apples
This cake got its name due to the fact that after baking it is turned over and served in this form. It turns out very beautiful, with a delicious crust. To make a pie-changeling pie with apples and caramel use:
- 300 grams of puff pastry;
- three apples;
- 100 grams of sugar;
- a tablespoon of butter;
- half a lemon;
- ten grams of cinnamon.
It is better to choose a dough without yeast, then the cake will definitely work! The apples are peeled and cut into slices: about eight parts are obtained from one apple. Seeds are also removed. - three eggs;
- a glass of sugar;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- as much soda;
- 200 grams of flour;
- 180 grams of butter;
- some lemon juice.
For the filling use:
- five peaches;
- 100 grams of sugar;
- 50 grams of butter;
- a tablespoon of rum.
Start cooking with the dough. Butter, salt and sugar are mixed using a mixer. Without stopping, they introduce eggs. After pouring flour and stir the dough with a fork. Quench the soda with lemon juice and add to the dough, stir it and leave for a while.
Peaches cut crosswise, pour boiling water. Leave it like this for ten minutes, after peeling off them. Cut into halves and take out the bone.
In a stewpan put butter, add rum and sugar. Keep on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Pour the mass to the bottom of the cake tin. Spread the halves of peaches. Distribute the dough evenly on top, level with a spoon.

- a pinch of salt;
- a glass of flour;

- a pinch of cinnamon;
- a couple of pinches of ginger and vanillin;
- a couple of tablespoons of cold water.
Start by making the dough. Butter is cut into pieces. It is better to use a chilled product. Flour and salt are mixed on the board, and pieces of butter are added. Add a tablespoon of sugar. Grind with a knife into crumbs, the smaller, the better. After a teaspoon of ice water is introduced. Knead the dough. Gradually add more liquid until a tough dough forms.
They wrap it in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for fifteen minutes. After rolling thinly on a table sprinkled with flour.
