What do we need to make a delicious cake "Mountain"? For a small version of it, prepare:
- 350 g of flour;
- 180 g of sugar;
- 250 g of oil;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 70 g hazelnuts;
- 0.5 lemons;
- 500 ml of sour cream;
- 500 ml of condensed milk;
- 1 pinch of vanillin;
- 100 g coconut flakes.
For baking, butter is often replaced with margarine or spread, such a replacement does not affect the taste and structure of baking, but it saves oil costs by half.

When the cookies have cooled, you can begin to form a delicious, snowy cake. First, prepare the cream. To do this, in a separate container with high sides, beat the sour cream and condensed milk with a mixer, add a pinch of vanillin.
Dip the cooled cookies in sour cream and put on a wide tray. Leave the hemispheres for 20 minutes so that they are thoroughly saturated with a fragrant cream.
After 20 minutes, fold the cookies with a pyramid. Pour the Mountain cake with the remaining cream, and then sprinkle evenly with coconut.
