Milk jelly with fruits is an original dessert that can easily decorate any holiday table. The preparation of such a dish requires special endurance and imagination from the cook. Indeed, the longer and more carefully each layer of dessert is thought out, the tastier and more beautiful it turns out.
Milk Fruit Jelly: Essential Ingredients
- Sweet dye-free yogurt - 700 milliliters.
- Twenty percent sour cream - five large spoons.
- Fresh liquid honey - three large spoons.
- Kiwi ripe sweet - five large pieces.
- Powdered sugar - three large spoons.
- Lemon zest with half the fruit.
- Vanillin - one pinch.
- Gelatin - Three sachets.

Three bags of dry gelatin need to be poured into a metal dish and pour one faceted glass of chilled boiling water. After waiting for the bulk product to swell as much as possible (within one hour), it should be put on low heat together with the dishes and, not bringing to a boil, removed from the gas stove when it completely melts. After this, the bowl must be left aside for further cooling of the gelatin.

Four ripe and soft kiwis should be washed, peeled, cut into slices, and together with powdered sugar, sent to a blender. Thus, the fruit must be thoroughly beaten, while regulating the sweetness by adding sugar to it.

Seven hundred milliliters of sweet yogurt without dyes must be poured into the dishes, add liquid honey and a few tablespoons of sour cream to it. All ingredients must be thoroughly whipped with a whisk. If desired, you can add powdered sugar.
The formation of a beautiful dessert:
In the prepared mixture of yogurt and sour cream, pour slightly cooled gelatin, and also add a pinch of vanillin and lemon zest. Then, the milk base must be divided into three equal parts, in two of which it is necessary to put the sweet kiwi puree. Both masses should be mixed with a whisk so that a homogeneous mixture of a beautiful greenish color is obtained. Further, in the remaining base of a white hue, it is required to chop one ripe kiwi with slices and mix thoroughly.
After preparing all the masses, it is necessary to take the silicone molds for the cake, lightly grease them with ghee, and then pour in the green base. As a second layer, you need to lay out a white mass with pieces of kiwi, and as a third - a milk mixture, whipped with fruit puree.
It is worth noting that each laid out jelly layer must be kept in the freezer for at least ten minutes.
Proper serving
After all the tins are filled, the dessert should also be put in the freezer (for one hour). After hardening, milk jelly, the photo of which is presented above, must be carefully removed from the mold and put on the cake box. On top of the dish, you can decorate with well-whipped cream, slices of kiwi, any berries, etc.
