Cooking dough

  1. First, make a dough from one large spoon of dry fast yeast, a spoon of sugar and a third glass of flour, diluting it with water (you need to take a little more than a glass - 300 ml). Mix everything thoroughly with a broom. Water should be clean and warm. Then we tighten the bowl with the mixture with cling film and set aside in heat. There the dough should stand for at least half an hour, and preferably forty-five minutes.
  2. When the dough has risen (this will be visually expressed as a kind of cap), we introduce the remaining ingredients for our dough: one egg, another half a glass of sugar, three with a slide of a glass of wheat flour. All must be thoroughly mixed in the dough. It should be neither too thick nor too thin. When we are sure that there are no lumps, we again close the dough with cling film and set the bowl aside, in the heat. There let him rise for about an hour and a half. And we at this time will be engaged in the preparation of the filling.

Cooking toppings

The base filling can be prepared from 700 grams of market crumbly cottage cheese, not too fat, but not zero (if not at hand, then you can take a store), two eggs (we use only proteins, and leave the yolks to grease the pastries from above, when we are put in the oven), handfuls of pitted raisins, half a glass of sugar. All this is thoroughly mixed to obtain a homogeneous mass - then our buns with cottage cheese from yeast dough will be neat.

Next steps

  1. Our dough has already come. We divide it into small portioned pieces (they should be at least 15 pieces from this number of ingredients). Sprinkle the table with flour so that the lumps do not stick.
  2. Each of the balls is rolled out with a rolling pin into a small cake, which should not be too thin so that the filling does not break through.
  3. In the center of each resulting cake, put a large spoon of cottage cheese filling with additives.
  4. Wrap the filling in a cake, forming a bun. We leave a small hole so that the buns with cottage cheese made from yeast dough turn out to be open (but for those who do not like this, you can not even make a hole, then the small bun will turn out even juicier). We continue to shape each individually so that they turn out smooth and delicate.

Bake

  1. Lubricate the yolk remaining from the eggs laid in the filling and send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment. These beautiful buns are baked until tender and ruddy (usually 20-25 minutes, depending on the characteristics of your oven).
  2. We take out the baking sheet and transfer to the dish, lightly sprinkling with powdered sugar. You can eat these beautiful buns right away, but if you stand for a day, they won’t lose their attractiveness and taste. Children like these dishes very much: offer them some buns and a glass of hot milk - just a jumble!

Tip

By the way, a small addition in terms of decoration of dishes - for lovers of high esthetics. When you put the filling on the prepared cake, you need to make three cuts of the circle from the dough, as if dividing the cake into three equal segments around the filling. Then we begin to twist them clockwise around the filling, forming a bun with an open top. In the future, the recipe remains as described above. Simply, each bun is obtained original, twisted around the axis of the filling of the form.

buns roses recipe

Buns and roses. Recipe

This dish is prepared on the basis of yeast dough (the recipe can be used the same as the previous time). We leave the filling the same - nothing needs to be changed. But the cooking method is slightly different.

  1. Prepared dough (if it turns out a lot) is divided into small parts. Roll out each part with a rolling pin into round plates about half a centimeter thick.
  2. With the same thickness, we cover each sheet with a filling on top (with an even layer that coincides in size with the borders of the dough itself).
  3. Gently fold the sheets into rolls.
  4. We cut pieces of about 5 centimeters thick from the resulting roll (for those who like minimalism, you can take less, for example, 3 cm).
  5. To get a rose from each piece of roll, pinch at the bottom of the structure.
  6. We spread the parchment on the baking sheet (anyone who is not used to doing this, you can grease the baking sheet with oil or sprinkle a little flour so that it does not stick). Set aside for another quarter hour to make the dough fit. Coat each bun on top with egg yolk, slightly beaten, so that later a brown crust is obtained.
  7. We bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about half an hour (in general, see if you are ready: as soon as they are lightly browned, our buns and roses are ready). The recipe, as you can see, is quite simple to implement, but it turns out a very original and tasty dish. This dish is suitable for a light breakfast or afternoon snack with a glass of cocoa or hot milk.

Another nice variety

Well, will we indulge in buns? How Carlson used to say, remember? But in fact, buns-buns are quite simple to cook, using the skills acquired as a result of reading the article. For some, this is even a very ordinary dish.

We will need to take half a liter of milk, a bag of quick yeast, a glass of sugar, four eggs, a pack of spread, 300 grams of cottage cheese, flour - about 8 glasses (focus on how much dough will take), a good handful of raisins without stones.

Cooking

  1. First, as usual, you need to cook the right dough. We take milk and heat it. In a small amount, we breed yeast and let it stand for a while. Melt margarine. In a saucepan, mix milk, yeast, flour, beaten eggs with sugar, melted margarine. Knead everything thoroughly so that the dough does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough and set aside in a warm place so that it rises.
  2. From the dough we form small koloboks (about 20 pieces will come out of this amount of ingredients). Roll out each bun in circles with a rolling pin, not too thin. In each circle we make a depression in the middle (this can be done with an ordinary glass). In this recess we put a good spoon of the filling.
  3. We prepare the filling as follows. Mix a little sugar, raisins and cottage cheese. Add one egg.
  4. We fill the stuffed buns on the baking sheet so that they rise a little more. After - bake in the traditional way in the oven until delicious rich buns with cottage cheese are browned. Then you can pull it out of the oven and eat with tea or coffee - just an overeating!
