Fried potatoes are one of the most delicious dishes. Despite the calorie content of such a meal, each of us will not refuse a plate of potatoes. All housewives prepare the dish in different ways. In some, the fried potatoes are soft, in others they are fried and crispy. But it is invariably very tasty.
Classic recipe
You should start the conversation with the classic fried potato recipe. We clean the tubers and immediately lower them into a container of water. During cooking, you may need to add oil to the pan. This must be done in small portions. Regarding oil, the principle of moderation must be observed. Otherwise, you may get too fatty dish. Of course, among readers there will certainly be adherents of fatty foods. But we recommend that everyone else add quite a bit of oil.
Potatoes with mushrooms
The recipe for fried potatoes with mushrooms is simple. But at the same time, the dish is incredibly popular due to its taste. And it is true that it can be tastier than fried potatoes in a pan with forest gifts. For cooking, you can use absolutely any mushroom: from forest to bought in the store.
Ingredients:
- potatoes (4 tubers);
- mushrooms (135 g);
- salt;
- rast. butter;
- pepper.
Peel the potatoes and cut into even bars. Next, wash it well in running water. After drying with paper towels. On the stove, heat the pan, pour oil into it and spread the potato slices. At the same time, we start cooking mushrooms. If you purchased champignons, they do not require a long heat treatment and cook very quickly. Cut them into slices and fry in a second pan with the addition of vegetable oil. At the end, add the chopped onion and cook the products together until fully cooked. Mushrooms are slightly salted.

We put a high, but not wide pan on the stove, pour a lot of oil into it and calcine it. Next, dip each rose in boiling oil. Cook the potatoes until golden brown. After we get it out with a slotted spoon and put it on napkins. Salt the roses before serving.
Potato with bacon and mushrooms
Homemade potato with bacon and mushrooms - an appetizing and tasty dish.
Ingredients:
- potato (750 g);
- 2 onions;
- bacon (95 g);
- eggs (three pcs.);
- caraway;

- green onions;
- mushrooms (320 g) and salt.
Peel and cut tubers, for example in circles. In the cooking process, we will use bacon. This product is good for many dishes, including for the preparation of fried potatoes. Cut the bacon into thin slices. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat them a little, adding salt and seasonings. Spread the bacon on a hot pan and fry.
