The whole secret of this funny cookie is that inside the delicate crumbly "shell" of the dough, a delicious filling is hidden. Usually it is boiled condensed milk or butter cream. The dough is prepared very simply. First, 250 grams of butter is ground with 100 grams of icing sugar, 2 yolks, soda and salt on the tip of a knife.
