PASTA BOLOGNIESE RECIPE OF ITALIAN DISH

Pasta Bolognese recipe says that you need to give three hours to prepare the sauce, but the resulting dish will simply melt in your mouth. First you need to put a pan on the gas, pour one tablespoon into it. a spoonful of oil (olive), a slice of cream and wait until it dissolves. After that, throw finely cut vegetables - carrots, garlic and celery into the oil. It is necessary that the vegetables are very finely chopped, and at the end of cooking dissolve in the sauce. You also need to add bacon and, stirring slowly, wait until the vegetables are softer.

After that, it was the turn to put minced meat in the sauce: one and the second. It should be fried, but not cooked - this is an important point. Also, the meat needs to be thoroughly kneading without leaving lumps.

Next, you must first add milk, then wine. Do this as follows: turn off the gas, add milk, then increase the gas and wait for the boil. After the milk is absorbed, add wine, increase gas again and bring to a boil.

After you need to make the fire weaker, add a paste of tomatoes (2 tablespoons), rolled tomatoes (without skins). Mix everything thoroughly together, bring the tomatoes to a homogeneous slurry, add seasoning and, while stirring, wait for the boil.

Then, on a very small fire, you should cook the bolognese for another two hours, from time to time without forgetting to stir and letting off steam. Almost all the water should be boiled, leaving a thick sauce.

At this time, you can make pasta. The pasta Bolognese recipe can be different, but in the traditional one you just need to cook the pasta: bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt to taste and throw the pasta there. To prevent the pasta from sticking together, they should have enough water, and the pasta should be stirred occasionally. After boiling, the pasta needs to be cooked depending on the variety, until they are completely ready.

After that, drain the water through a colander, put the pasta in a saucepan with a sauce, mix them well. When serving a dish, you can decorate it with herbs, and the cheese should be served separately, grated.

tomatoes - 600 g.

250 g cheese (preferably mozzarella)

On a coarse grater, grate the tomatoes in a deep bowl and add the basil leaves there. Then break the mozzarella into fibers (if it is in brine, it can also be used). Add oil and pepper, mix. Place the bowl or plate on steam - you can put it on the pan where the pasta is cooked. The pasta must be brought to al dente - that is, to the state when it is boiled, but not to the end. Then drain the water and mix the pasta and sauce, season with salt and sprinkle with olive oil. Serve hot. As you can see, pasta bolognese recipe is quite simple.
