To make bread you will need the ingredients:
- ½ liter of serum.
- Flour - 670 g.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
- Butter - 45 g.
- Dry yeast - 55 g.
The serum bread in the oven is prepared quite simply. You can use the one left after cooking the curd. It needs to be slightly heated. We take only a small part of the total volume and add yeast, as well as a teaspoon of sugar. The mixture is left for twenty minutes until the formation of caps.
Next, add the remainder of the whey, softened butter, sugar and salt. Mix everything with a wooden spoon.
The flour must be sieved so that it is enriched with oxygen. Next, knead the dough. It should turn out to be viscous and soft. Flour is no longer worth adding. Cover the pan with a towel or cling film and put in heat to lift. The dough should rise at least twice. How long it takes is directly dependent on the yeast. The dough should become very porous.
Now it can be laid out in forms oiled with vegetable oil. It must be remembered that the dough should occupy one third of the volume of the dishes, it is necessary to leave enough space for raising it.
Once again, the dough should be left to stand in a warm place. It will double. After this, the forms can be sent to the stove, heated to two hundred degrees. Baking takes about half an hour. Then the dough must be transferred to the table and knead again, dividing into two equal parts. Give each of them the desired shape, cover and leave for another half hour.
Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. You can put dishes with water in it. Grease the bread blanks with milk, make cuts and bake for about half an hour. Then slightly reduce the temperature (up to 180 degrees) and hold for another twenty minutes. Then cooked hot bread, prepared on whey, should be left to cool, covered with a towel.
White bread

- Serum - 0.3 l.
- Two tablespoons of sour cream.
