Knead the yeast dough in warm milk, let go for an hour and a half. Knead the finished dough on the table. Roll out two layers (1 cm thick). Transfer one layer onto a baking sheet using a rolling pin. Now the turn is for the minced meat. It is prepared from fish fillet (1.5 kg), boiled rice (300 g), onion (2 pcs), add crushed crackers - 3 tablespoons, salt, pepper, vegetable oil. Forcemeat is spread on the first layer of dough, and on top raw salted fish, sliced, bay leaf, onion, sprayed with oil. Cover the pie with a second layer, pinch the edges, put on proof for five minutes. Pierce the top layer in several places with a fork. Lubricate the top of the cake with butter. Bake at 220 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Prepare a batter of 200 g sour cream, 200 g mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and soda on the tip of a knife, 7 tablespoons of flour and two eggs. Pour half the dough into a mold, lay the filling on top with layers.

Lubricate the surface with an egg. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Buy or make your own yeast dough. Divide into two parts: large and small. Roll out a large one into a layer, put on a baking sheet so that the edges form sides 2-3 cm high.
Prepare the filling. Remove capelin (500 g) from the head and viscera, rinse and dry. Onions should be almost as large as fish. Fry it in oil with tomato sauce, put on the dough. Lay capelin on top, pour with vegetable oil. Wrap the sides of the dough. Roll the second part of the dough into sausages, cut into pieces, make a wire rack over the pie, pinch the ends with the sides, grease the dough with an egg. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
How to cook fish pie with mushrooms?
Yeast dough is suitable for a pie. Wash, clean, fry salmon fillet in oil. Fry mushrooms (champignons) with onions. Boil rice in salted water, rinse in cold. We do the following with the dough: roll out a large layer, place it on a baking sheet so that you can then wrap the cake almost completely, leaving the middle slightly ajar (almost kulebyak). Lay out the filling in layers: water the dough with vegetable oil, spread the rice, then mushrooms with onions, on top of the fish slices, pour oil. Wrap a pie. Bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes. 15 minutes before the end of baking, remove the pie, grease the top of the dough and the egg filling, and bake.
