Its history began a century and a half ago, when in 1878 Enrico Serafino, an Italian landowner, organized a winery at his place. He began to grow the best vineyards in the country, offering customers many different varieties of wines, but it was Mondoro Asti champagne that brought Serafino the greatest popularity and made this brand famous throughout the world.

Cocktail No. 1: "Strawberry Kiss"
Ingredients:
- strawberry liquor - 30 g;
- Mondoro Asti champagne - 120g;
- fresh strawberries - 5-7 pcs;
- ice cubes.
Cooking
Crush strawberries with a mixer or in a blender until puree. At the bottom of the cocktail glass, lay out the strawberry puree, pour the liquor slowly and carefully on top. Next to the top pour Asti Mondoro champagne into the glass. Add a few ice cubes, mix with a bar spoon. The drink can be decorated with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients:
- creamy ice cream - 100 g;
- light rum / fruit liqueur / cognac / fruit liqueur - 25 g;
- Asti Mondoro (champagne) - 50 g;

Put a cube of ice in a thin champagne glass at the bottom. Put a scoop of ice cream on top - this is about 2 tbsp. spoons. If desired, cream ice cream can be replaced with fruit ice cream. Pour alcohol to your taste. Pour champagne into the glass very slowly and carefully. It is served immediately until the ice cream has melted.
Cocktail number 3: "Inspiration"
Ingredients:
- Mondoro Asti champagne - 50 g;
- cherry juice - 20 g;
- tangerine juice - 20 g;
- ice cubes.
Cooking
Throw a few pieces of ice into the glass. At the bottom of the cocktail glass, pour the first layer of cherry juice. By the way, it can be replaced with any other sour juice of bright color. Next, pour the tangerine juice. Last of all, fill the container with champagne.
