The cooking method is not complicated:
- Cut the potatoes into strips and fry it in oil for about 10 minutes.
- After this, add the crushed mushrooms and continue the same amount of heat treatment with constant stirring.
- Put the remaining components together and beat them with a mixer.
- Pour the resulting mass into a pan, move and leave it under the lid to simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Of the products you will need: 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of kefir, salt, 15 milliliters of olive oil and a little ground pepper.
The preparation of the dish is very simple:
- Beat the egg yolks separately, adding kefir and then salt and pepper. Some people prefer to use sour cream. But such a replacement, in principle, does not play a big role.
- In another container, turn the proteins with salt with a whisk into a stable foam.
- Combine both mixtures.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease the pan with oil, and then pour the cooked mass onto it.
- Put it in the oven for 12 minutes.
The finished dish will resemble a delicate egg souffle.
