After graduation, Gusev, without hesitation, decided to connect his life with art. Vladimir Mikhailovich entered the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK), which he successfully graduated in 1957. It should be added that the future actor studied on the course under the guidance of Yulia Yakovlevich Raizman - Soviet film director, screenwriter, People's Artist of the USSR, laureate of the Stalin Prizes, State Prizes of the USSR and the RSFSR. Perhaps, in many respects due to communication with such an outstanding person, Gusevās personality was formed in this way and not otherwise - he always walked through life with his head held high, with dignity and respect for himself and others. People who knew the actor closely, always noted his human qualities, his just heart and great soul.
The modern generation is probably very superficially familiar with the work of such a mature personality as actor Gusev Vladimir. The family and the biography of the artist as a whole are also in the shade. However, people of more respectable age remember well and love many paintings with the participation of Vladimir Mikhailovich. Both the main roles of the artist and numerous episodes sunk into their souls, which are not at all inferior in character, strength and charisma.

But in the films of the next few years, Gusev got mainly episodic roles. One can note the film āHussar Balladā (1962), where Gusev played the wounded adjutant of the field marshal, āStitch Pathsā (1963) - where the actor was involved in the role of the driver Semen.
The subsequent roles of the film actor in the films āResident Errorā (1962), āEternal Callā (1973-1983) are associated with the images of military people, officers, strong and courageous.

For example, Vladimir Gusev was never awarded the title of Peopleās Artist, and he received the title of Honored Purely by chance, by chance. It should be added that, among other things, Vladimir Mikhailovich Gusev was also very demanding of himself. Often, looking at himself from the side in a movie, he noticed the flaws of his acting profession and regretted that nothing could be corrected.
He was married once. He met his future wife as a student at VGIK. Soon after graduation, they signed and went hand in hand for life for many years, and in 2008 they celebrated a golden wedding. Of course, as in any family, disagreements occurred in their relations, but the ability to forgive - this is the main quality that must be possessed in marriage, - says the wife of Vladimir Mikhailovich.
