If you are an ardent fan of healthy eating, then you undoubtedly know about the need to include cereals, nuts, fruits and dried fruits in your diet. These products, in addition to their obvious benefits, have a rich and rich taste. It is from them that the world's favorite granola is prepared. This is almost the same as the muesli we know, but granola, in addition to everything else, is also baked in the oven. As a result, flakes and nuts acquire a pleasant aroma and mouth-watering crunch. The process of making granola
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix in a bowl a glass of oatmeal, 150-200 grams of almonds (you can chop or leave whole), 100 grams of sunflower seeds and 80 grams of sesame. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 5-6 tablespoons of liquid honey to the dry mixture. We cover the baking sheet with parchment and spread the muesli, leveling them with our hands evenly over the entire area. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally so as not to stick together. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, slightly salt and add a glass of black raisins. If you love the sweetest, you can use 50 grams of brown sugar.

The cooled granola is transferred to a glass jar with a lid (it is possible in several cans) and put away in a kitchen cabinet or refrigerator. This supply is enough for 5-8 breakfasts depending on your appetites.
