Red dots on the body - who and why marks us?

Moles are not moles, and they are not similar to age spots. Just red dots on the body - small, discreet. Do not hurt, do not itch, do not itch. Therefore, most of them do not even pay attention to them, unless such a mark appeared on a very noticeable place and did not violate the aesthetics. Unlike the same moles, which many people follow rather jealously and suspiciously. Only occasionally, while studying your body in the soul or looking at yourself in the mirror, does anyone even think when looking at the red dots on the body - what is it all about, where it came from and can it threaten anything?

To begin with, such a "speckle" may occur due to the expansion of capillaries from some physical effect on the skin. A typical example is the unsuccessful shaving of legs, hands, or any area on the body. Poor quality machine, neglect of skin softening agents, resulting in irritation.

Small red dots on the body can also be an allergic reaction to certain foods or substances. Determining the cause in this case is not easy, but paying attention to nutrition is still worth it. Perhaps empirically it will turn out to "calculate" the allergen.

Quite often, red dots on the body can signal violations and malfunctions in the body, diseases of the internal organs. These can be liver problems, pancreatic disorders, and diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Trying to make a diagnosis on your own is pointless, but if you undergo an examination, do a biochemical blood test, you can find a problem that was not even suspected until you received a "point" signal.

Red dots on the body can be vascular aneurysms that protrude on the skin of the chest, abdomen, or back with problems with the pancreas. They can spill out and increase at the time of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis and “hide” when the disease recedes. Therefore, doctors advise to observe such points, to know their location and quantity, so that in case of manifestation of activity they provide the attending physician with the most complete clinical picture.

Perhaps you have heard such a thing as “spider veins” - this is the name of the people for the red dots formed as a result of the expansion of capillaries or blood vessels due to hormonal failure, especially in women giving birth. Most often they are localized on the face, and therefore cause discontent. Their appearance can be avoided with a balanced diet with the obligatory inclusion in the diet of any products containing vitamins C, K, P. The first strengthens the weakening capillaries, the second reduces their permeability, and the third reduces fragility. If the "stars" nevertheless have already spoiled the face, it remains to resort to one of the methods for their removal - laser therapy, electrocoagulation, sclerotherapy or ozone therapy.

Another common option is angiomas. These are benign tumors of unknown origin. And although they are even classified into three types - capillary, tricky and branched - by and large, they have not been studied properly. Nobody is seriously engaged in the study of angiomas, since the main medicine has already been established: they are completely safe, they themselves do not carry danger and do not portend any troubles on the part of any organs. They occur spontaneously on any part of the body and can disappear on their own. More often appear in people who have “exchanged” the fourth dozen, look like flat formations, can rise just above the skin level just a little. Such red dots on the body are really absolutely harmless, except that, appearing on the face, can slightly spoil the appearance. If necessary, they can be reduced by X-rays or by surgical excision, but you should first undergo an examination to be completely sure that this is a harmless angioma, and not a marker of any disease.
