Another interesting option
Consider another recipe for tiramisu without mascarpone, cooked at home. This option is perfect for those who like to eat sweets, but at the same time want to maintain harmony. Also another positive quality is the rather low cost of all ingredients and their availability. You do not have to look for some expensive components, everything you need is almost regularly present in your kitchen.
Ingredients
To cook this cake, you need a decent set of products. Their list is given below:
- 15 pieces of cookies "Savoyardi";
- 150 milliliters of strong coffee or espresso;
- one and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder (it can be added depending on preferences, but to get a really tasty dessert, it should be used);
- 30 grams of dark chocolate;
- four chicken yolks;
- one hundred grams of sugar;
- two tablespoons of wheat flour, preferably with a slide;
- the same amount of corn starch;
- two grams of vanillin;
- a pinch of salt;
- half a liter of milk;
- twenty grams of butter.
Making dessert
To make this rather simple and incredibly delicious dessert, you will need to spend about an hour of your time (not taking into account the separate preparation of some components), while not messing up the kitchen much. In order for everything to work out correctly, you must follow all the steps below and their order.
- Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool.
- As in the previous tiramisu recipe without mascarpone, you need to break the eggs and separate the yolks and squirrels, laying them out in separate cups.
- Pour the indicated amount of sugar into the yolks.
- Start mixing both ingredients until the mass turns white and the sugar dissolves almost completely. To achieve the desired result faster, you can use the mixer.
- Next, in the resulting mass, pour corn starch, wheat flour, salt and vanillin. All contents must be mixed again properly.
- Then heat the milk in a bucket, while not allowing it to boil.
- Next, starting to knead, add one tablespoon of milk to the mixture obtained earlier. This approach is necessary so that the yolks do not curl. As soon as the contents are warmed up by milk, you can carefully pour in the remaining part of the milk, while still stirring.
- Next, the resulting mixture must be filtered and poured into dishes in which milk was heated.
- Now begin to cook the contents over medium heat, while not ceasing to mix everything with a whisk. Stop the process when the mixture begins to thicken.
- Upon reaching this stage, set a small fire and, without stopping mixing, continue to cook the cream for another six minutes. The procedure must be stopped when it finally becomes thick and the corolla will leave marks on the surface.
- Next, set the smallest fire and, also without stopping mixing the cream, continue to cook it for two additional minutes. Such a thick consistency will allow the cream not to spread when assembling the dessert, so you can get clear layers. This is true for those situations when you serve this dessert in a transparent bowl.
- After you have finished preparing the cream, pour it into a separate bowl and add the butter there. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Now this ware needs to be wrapped with cling film. It should fit snugly against the surface of the contents. Remove the workpiece and leave it until it cools to room temperature. Then rearrange it in the refrigerator for three hours. It is advisable to leave her there all night.
- Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.
- Once the cream and coffee have completely cooled, you can collect the dessert itself.
- At the bottom of the dishes in which you plan to serve tiramisu, put three tablespoons of cream.
- Next, dip the cookies in coffee and put a layer on top of the cream.

- Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top with a layer of cookies.
- On top of this place a layer of grated chocolate.
- Repeat these steps until all ingredients are complete. Once all the servings are finished, remove them from infusing in the refrigerator for several hours. However, if necessary, they can be served immediately.
