Beer has been around for several thousand years. Already in Babylon, he was cooked and served him a variety of snacks.
When the question arises of what to eat beer, most of us recall the chips, crayfish, shrimp, crackers, dried fish, salted nuts. These are very common beer snacks, however, in this regard, they are quite standard. But from time to time I want something unusual. See what recipes for beer snacks exist, and then, for sure, you can cook something very original and turn the evening with a glass of beer into a real beer party.
Let's start, after all, with shrimp. They are included in many recipes for beer snacks, however, and here you can dream up. They can be grilled. To spice them up, add some spices (pepper, garlic, ginger) when cooking. A wonderful addition will be pieces of tomato, lettuce or olives. Shrimp should be skewered, alternating with chicken, vegetables or bacon. By adding different components, you can achieve completely different tastes.
Also, fried chicken wings will be a great beer snack. It is recommended to pickle them first. To do this, mix the spices (thyme, paprika, rosemary, garlic, curry), add a little soy sauce, lemon juice, white wine there, grate the wings with the resulting mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours. To give the wings a golden hue, you can add a little honey to the marinade.
Great recipes for beer snacks are meat, seafood or vegetables fried in batter. The easiest way to make batter is to mix flour (a few tablespoons), egg yolk and water.
From grated products (such as potatoes or cheese) you can make snack balls. They should be rolled in different spices, then they will differ in appearance. If you take paprika, then the balls will be red, if the curry is yellow. Even inside these balls you can put some stuffing - nuts, chopped herbs, raisins.
You can also make chips from different vegetables, for example, zucchini or eggplant. Just cut these vegetables into very thin slices and deep-fry them.
There are still easy to prepare recipes for beer snacks - rolls, the manufacture of which has a chance to show imagination. You can try to combine different products, getting different dishes. As a "material" for rolls, you can use bacon, fish, ham, meat, cheese, eggplant, zucchini, cucumbers, Armenian pita bread or cabbage leaves. And for the filling, you can take, for example, seafood, vegetables, fish, mushrooms, cheese and meat in all forms, including ham, sausage or sausages.
Do you have no time? Itβs possible to make a quick beer snack. Take the sausages, cut them, grease the slice with mustard, put a slice of cheese in the slice, and wrap it all with a thin slice of bacon, then put this "construction" in the oven for baking.
