To make pancakes, you need to take the following products:

  • a glass of milk;
  • 120 grams of flour;
  • four egg yolks;
  • two tablespoons of sugar;
  • a teaspoon of salt;
  • 125 ml of boiling water;
  • a couple of tablespoons of oil.

Egg yolks are combined with salt and sugar. Using a whisk, beat thoroughly. Without stopping, pour half a stream of milk in a thin stream. It must be preheated, but not boiled.

Lay the flour. It is necessary to do this in parts, preferably a tablespoon. Stir gently, but carefully so that there are no lumps left. Top up the remaining milk, mix again.

The water is boiled and poured into the dough, immediately stirred. The consistency of the dough comes out as a thick sour cream. Pour in vegetable oil and mix again.
