I was lucky to visit lasagna once as a guest. I didn’t even think that such an amazing yummy is hidden behind this word. I liked it so much that I decided to try to cook it myself. The best search for a good recipe was, of course, the Internet. It should be noted that the preparation of lasagna at home is not a very complicated process, only it takes a lot of time. I offer you a method of cooking lasagna, which I used myself. Everything turned out very tasty, the family appreciated.
Homemade Lasagna Cooking: Everything Starts with Dough and Cooking Sauce
The country of origin of lasagna is Italy. Well, someone, and Italians know the price of truly delicious food. They can even make a small amount of food that you’ll just lick your fingers.
The basis for lasagna is special dough sheets, which can be bought today in major stores of the city without any problems. But I want to offer you a simple recipe for making lasagna, and suddenly you have no way to buy the same sheets.
For the test, we need flour (500 g), olive oil (30 ml), two eggs, salt, half a glass of water.
Before preparing the dough, you need to sift the flour into a bowl, then make a small depression in the center, and drive eggs into it, add water, olive oil and add half a teaspoon of salt. Knead an elastic dough uniform in consistency. Then cover it with a towel and put in a warm place for thirty minutes. After that, we divide the dough into several parts, roll each part into a thin layer, and then cut out long strips from each layer, cover them with a napkin.
Further preparation of lasagna at home involves cooking a special sauce, which is called no other than Bechamel. To do this, chop one small onion, put in a pan, pour two glasses of milk and bring to a boil. The finished mass is removed from the stove and cools. At this time, four tablespoons of butter should be melted in a pan, add half a glass of flour to it, mix everything. As soon as the flour becomes golden, pour milk into it (slowly, in a thin stream), stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to the sauce to taste, cook for twenty minutes. Then the sauce must be cooled.
Homemade Lasagna with Cheese and Minced Meat
I want to note right away that this is not the only recipe, but very tasty. Prepare the following products in advance:
Kilogram of minced meat (pork, chicken)
Three large tomatoes
Two pickled cucumbers
Three hundred grams of Parmesan cheese
Four cloves of garlic
· Olive oil
Salt
Greens (basil, oregano)
· Pepper
Preparation: Fry the minced meat in a pan without using any kind of oil until juice comes out of it. Only then can a small amount of olive oil be added .
Combine grated tomatoes, finely chopped cucumbers, chopped greens and squeezed garlic in a bowl. Mix everything, add pepper and salt to taste. If you have a blender at home, you can chop everything with it. It’s easier to get a homogeneous mass.
Add the finished dressing to the minced meat and continue to fry for about twenty minutes. After this time, sprinkle all this with cheese and wait for the moment when it will melt.
We start doing lasagna. We spread on a baking sheet, which needs to be greased with olive oil and cooked sauce, several sheets of dough so that one of them goes a little on the other. Then put the filling on the dough, pour the sauce, and put a new layer of dough on top. Do the same with the subsequent layers, but remember that only dough should go the top layer. Sprinkle with lasagna cheese and bake for twenty minutes.
