Casserole is a versatile dish, characterized by high nutritional value and excellent taste characteristics. It is served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. As the basis for its preparation, meat, fish, poultry, cottage cheese, mushrooms, vegetables and even pasta are used. In today's publication, we will take a closer look at some simple recipes for casserole in the oven.
With fish
This delicious and satisfying dish will bring a certain variety to the family diet. It successfully combines cod, rice and hand-made sauce. To cook a delicious fish casserole, you will need:
- 500 g of chilled cod fillet.
- 200 g of dried rice.
- 2 medium onions.
- 4 eggs.
- 240 ml pasteurized milk.
- 2 tbsp. l soft butter.

Chopped onions are fried in butter, cooled and combined with ground fish. All this is salted, sprinkled with spices, mixed and laid out in a form at the bottom of which there are already breadcrumbs and half boiled rice mixed with two raw eggs. This beautiful and bright dish consists of a large number of vegetables, giving it a special juiciness. To prepare it, you will need:
- 1 kg of chicken.
- Small onion.
- Medium carrot.
- 50 g of good peasant oil.
- 2 tbsp. l white wheat flour.
- 250 ml pasteurized milk.
- Egg white.
- 300 g broccoli.
- 300 g of cauliflower.
- Salt, any spices and fresh herbs.
The washed chicken is placed in a pan, which already has onions and carrots. All this is poured with the right amount of standing water, salted, pepper and boiled over low heat. Fifty minutes later, the chicken is removed from the broth, cooled, separated from the skin and bones, and then cut into small pieces and put aside.
They wash the cabbage, sort it into inflorescences and boil it for a short time. Now it's time to start shaping the dish. In a deep container, part of the meat and vegetables are laid out alternately. The layers are repeated several times. Then all this is poured with sauce made from fried flour, milk and whipped protein. Pieces of oil are spread on top. - 150 ml of refined oil.

To make a second sauce, the flour is fried in the remains of vegetable fat, and then it is salted, pepper, poured with hot milk and boiled until thickened. At the end, add sour cream to it. Both types of sauce are mixed with each other, briefly heated over low heat, filtered and sent to a container with cabbage inflorescences. Top with breadcrumbs. Prepare a vegetable casserole in the oven, prudently heated to 200 degrees, for a quarter of an hour.
With cottage cheese and milk
This simple recipe will not escape the attention of young mothers who care about the nutrition of their children. Even the most fastidious babies who do not like cottage cheese will not refuse the casserole prepared on it. To make this mouth-watering sweet dish, you will need:
- 500 g of fresh cottage cheese of medium fat content.
- ½ cup cane sugar.
- 2 raw eggs.
- ½ cup dry semolina.
- 50 g of soft oil.
- ½ cup pasteurized milk.
- By ¼ tsp vanillin and salt.
Semolina is poured with milk and left to swell. After about half an hour, it is mixed with mashed cottage cheese, soft butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt. All this is transferred to a greased form and sent for further processing. Cook cottage cheese casserole in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. - According to 2 tbsp. l dry semolina and ghee.
- 3 tbsp. l not very thick sour cream and sugar.
- 100 g of raisins.
- ¼ sachet of vanillin.
- ½ tsp salt.
Rubbed cottage cheese is mixed with ghee, beaten egg, sugar and semolina. The resulting mass is salted, flavored with vanilla, supplemented with pre-steamed raisins and transferred to a mold. Bake the dish at 180 degrees until golden brown.
With potatoes and cheese
This interesting vegetable dish goes well with poultry or meat. Therefore, it can be safely put on the dining table. To prepare it, you will need:
- 12 medium-sized potatoes.
- ¾ cup cream.
- 200 g of Russian cheese.

Rinse the peeled potato tubers under the tap and cut into thin slices. Then they are lightly browned in preheated vegetable fat and transferred to a refractory deep form.
