  • first, remove the zest from the orange and remove it in a separate bowl;
  • add yeast, sugar and flour to warmed milk;
  • mix to a homogeneous consistency, adding margarine and salt;
  • stir the dough well and make small balls out of it.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then grease the mold with oil and spread our dough, previously boned in orange zest and sugar. Grease the buns with a chicken egg and send to the oven for half an hour.

To prepare tender curd baked goods, you need the following products:

  • wheat flour - 400 grams;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • butter - 100 grams;
  • sugar - 250 grams;
  • yeast - 40 grams;
  • cottage cheese - 300 grams;
  • powdered sugar;
  • vanilla.

First of all, we grow yeast in water and add them to 100 grams of flour. We leave the resulting mass for 20 minutes and proceed to the preparation of the dough. Sift the flour, add vanilla, sugar, melted butter and diluted yeast. Mix everything thoroughly and leave it to fit for 40 minutes.

We roll out our dough and form several small balls out of it. In the middle of each ball we make a small depression for the filling. We spread the cottage cheese in it and grease the bun with egg yolk. We send to bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.;

  • sugar 150 g;
