  • olive oil - 40 ml .;
  • large onions - 2 pcs.;
  • lettuce - a few pieces for decoration;
  • iodized salt - 2/3 of a dessert spoon;
  • fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables - for garnish.

Fish processing

Before stuffing pike, you should purchase fresh fish, which must be cleaned of fins, scales and all entrails. At the same time, it is recommended to leave the head and tail, because only in this way can the dish be nicely decorated by placing the product on a large flat plate.
