Now add a little mustard powder and a tablespoon of mustard to the sauce, pour half a glass of cream and the same amount of chicken stock, and add pepper and salt to taste. When the sauce is sufficiently thickened, put pieces of meat in it and keep on a slow rut for five minutes.
