You will need the following ingredients:

  • minced meat (chicken, beef or pork) - about 500 grams;
  • two medium-sized eggplants;
  • one small zucchini;
  • bell peppers - 1 pc.;
  • 6-7 fruits of ripe tomatoes;
  • cheese;
  • red onions (you can take the usual);
  • garlic, herbs;
  • salt and pepper.

For a change, we add zucchini, peppers and eggplant to the recipe, which we also fill with meat filling. To get started, prepare the vegetables. The tomato needs to be cut off the upper part, the eggplant cut lengthwise into two halves, the zucchini - into 3-4 transverse parts (you should get some kind of hemp). Divide the bell pepper into two halves, remove the seeds and partitions. Remove the flesh from all vegetables. The walls should remain about half a centimeter thick. The eggplant pulp should be salted to leave unnecessary bitterness.

Prepare the minced meat or use the purchased one. Chopped red onions should be put in it. If desired, pre-passer it in butter. Add chopped greens and garlic to the meat. Finely chop the pulp of vegetables and mix with the rest of the filling. Salt, put pepper. Mix well. If you like spicy, add a small slice of red chili pepper.

All vegetables must be filled with prepared filling. Cover the baking sheet with foil, lightly grease the surface with oil. Put eggplant, peppers, zucchini and stuffed tomatoes on it. In the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees and keep vegetables there for an hour.

10 minutes before cooking, you can sprinkle the vegetables with cheese. Then wait until the crust is lightly browned and remove from the oven. If you do not have eggplant or peppers, then you can limit yourself only to tomatoes. Oven stuffed tomatoes are a great appetizer. The dish can be served separately.

  • several tomatoes (determine the amount depending on the servings);
  • 3-4 chicken eggs;
  • cheese (about 50 grams);
  • a couple of ham slices;
  • garlic;
  • salt, basil, pepper, paprika.

To start cooking stuffed tomatoes in the oven, you need to process the fruits themselves. Remove the ponytails from them, wash. Cut off the tops. Using a small spoon, remove all the flesh in the fruits. Sprinkle with salt inside. Using a fine grater, grate the eggs and cheese. Cut the ham into small cubes. Squeeze the garlic through a crush. Fill the tomatoes with layers of the filling: first put the cheese, ham, add garlic and chopped basil. Then add the egg and season the dish with spices. You can do otherwise by pre-mixing all the products for the filling. If you use mayonnaise, the mince will be more juicy. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Put all the prepared tomatoes on it. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. This dish can be served both hot and chilled.
