Braised meat with tomatoes
Ingredients: 20 g sour cream, salt, kilogram tomato, flour, 600 g meat, 6 onions, caraway seeds, 20 g fat, celery, vegetable oil, bay leaf, parsley.

Fry the meat in fat and set it aside. Then fry chopped tomatoes and onions in vegetable oil. Put everything in a saucepan, pour water into it, simmer with the lid closed. When the meat is ready, it, as well as tomatoes and onions, must be removed, and salt, caraway seeds, bay leaf should be added to the liquid. Fry flour and dilute it in broth. Ingredients: 20 g of flour, 900 g of pork, vegetable oil, 3 pinches of salt, 2 onions, a glass of wine (white dry), 500 g of cream, pepper, paprika.

Mushroom stew with mushrooms
Ingredients: onion head, half a kilogram of beef, 12 g sugar, 85 g sunflower oil, half a champignon, clove of garlic, carrots, paprika, parsley, 40 g flour (corn), salt, water (400 ml).
Cooking method:
Cut beef into thin slices, grate it with salt and finely chopped garlic. Rub the carrots and put together with the meat in a pan. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the meat. Put paprika, sugar and salt in a pan. Put marinated in the refrigerator for an hour.
At this time, peel and cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them until golden. Pour water into the pan, simmer with the lid closed until cooked.

Cooking method:
