Kefir fritters

Fritters in Russian and Ukrainian cuisines are a popular culinary dish. They can be cooked very quickly.   • 1 cup flour;

  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

for honey oil:

  • ¾ cup of honey;
  • ½ cup softened butter.

Prepare honey oil: beat the honey until it turns white, and add, without ceasing to beat, softened butter. When the mass becomes homogeneous, it is set aside. Kefir is mixed with an egg and beat well. Add salt, soda and flour, quickly beat and spread the grated apples, mix again and bake in a pan with heated oil on both sides. Served with honey oil.

These are diet pancakes on kefir. For their preparation, oil is not required either for dough or for frying. They are very tender. Ingredients:

for fritters:

  • 1 cup flour;
  • ½ tablespoon sugar;
  • 1 egg
  • 1 faceted glass of kefir;
  • 1 faceted glass of sour cream;
  • soda, quenched with boiling water (a few drops);
  • salt.

for orange oil:

  • ½ cup softened butter;
  • 2 tablespoons of orange syrup;
  • 2 teaspoons grated zest.

Prepare orange oil: mix all the ingredients and beat until smooth, set aside. Beat kefir, sour cream and egg, pour sugar, salt, soda and flour, mix quickly. Bake in a non-stick pan. Served with orange oil.

  • 200 g of zucchini peeled and without a core, rubbed on a fine grater;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup kefir;
  • ½ cup flour;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • salt.

Beat the egg, mix with the zucchini. Kefir, salt, sugar, flour are added to the mixture. Mixed. Spread in a pan with hot oil and fry on both sides. Served with sour cream.
