Air grill chickens - fast, tasty, healthy

No matter what old and “sophisticated culinary experience” people say, kitchen devices are designed to make our lives easier and save time. Therefore, do not be afraid to use them. Some devices make it possible to fry almost without the use of fats, which is ideal for dietary nutrition. And others, such as an air grill, recreate the conditions of a barbecue or roaster in a city apartment - and this without a long kindling of firewood and smoke eating out your eyes! But to make the dish almost like on a picnic, you need to carefully read the instructions and learn how to cook in the air grill.

Particularly delicious in this kitchen appliance is chicken. It can be cooked whole, or barbecue can be made - especially when plans to get out into the nature were ruined by unexpected rain. The more it is, the more active the heat waves will be and the better the meat will be baked. If the bird is large and occupies almost the entire drum, increase the heat treatment time by 10-15 minutes, and set the temperature to 250 C. If you are preparing chicken legs or wings, reduce the time to half an hour at 250 C.

Aerogrill chickens can be made in different ways. For example, kebab of them it turns out by no means worse than on real coals. Cut the meat, as usual, and pickle. Then we put the fillet on skewers with onion rings, tomatoes or slices of sweet bell pepper. We put the skewers in the air grill and turn on the device for 250 C, and its timer for 20 minutes.
