Cooking a pie with strawberries and cottage cheese

For the test you will need:

  • 300 g of premium wheat flour;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar;
  • 250 ml of kefir;
  • 2 tsp soda;
  • 1 tsp natural cocoa powder;
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable (sunflower) oil.

And for the filling, take:

  • 250 g of fatty cottage cheese;
  • 200 gklubnikov;
  • 150 g thick sour cream;
  • vanillin to taste.

First you need to cook the dough: mix kefir, eggs, sugar and quick baking soda. Beat well with a mixer or whisk. Add vegetable oil, cocoa and flour in portions while continuing to mix the ingredients. The pie dough with strawberries and cottage cheese should turn out homogeneous, without lumps, and moderately liquid. For the filling, first combine the cottage cheese with sour cream and, if desired, to achieve the aroma, vanilla. Add strawberries chopped into small pieces. And now the most important thing - in the selected form, oiled (you can take the one that you use for making muffins, or an ordinary deep frying pan) pour half the dough, put the whole filling on top and close the second half of the dough.

Pie with strawberries and cottage cheese should be baked at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.

You can check the readiness with a wooden stick or a toothpick: stick it in the pie, if there is raw dough left on it, then continue cooking for another 5 - 10 minutes.
