- 3 fresh cucumbers;
- 3 young potatoes;
- 2 turnips of medium size;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- a few feathers of green onions;
- fresh cilantro;
- several branches of fresh dill;
- sugar and salt to taste;
- 1 tsp mashed horseradish;
- several branches of fresh basil;
- two sprigs of mint;
- black pepper on the tip of a knife;
- 3 tbsp. l oily sour cream.
Cooking
First of all, you should wash the greens and other vegetables. Further on this recipe for turnip cooking you need:
- Cut, salt and crush chopped greens with your fingers or a crush to make juice stand out.
- Grate two cucumbers, and cut one into small cubes.
- Peel and dice boiled potatoes.
- Grate boiled and peeled eggs.

- several branches of parsley;

Cooking salad with turnips and nuts

- Dip for 2-3 minutes in salted boiling water.
- Water is drained and dried turnips.
- Fried in 3 tbsp. l oil for 5 minutes.
- The beets are thoroughly washed with a brush and boiled whole in a peel until tender (about 20 minutes).
- Cool, peel and cut into slices.
- Roasted peeled nuts in a dry hot skillet for 2 minutes and chopped with a knife.

- 4 turnips;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 2 cups of grated cheese;
- 4 tbsp. l butter;
- 100 ml of chicken stock;
- 100 ml of heavy cream;
- salt, herbs and pepper - to taste.
How to cook turnips in the oven
To get such a delicious casserole, you need:
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Grate the cheese.
- Peel and chop turnips.
- Melt the butter in a pan.
