Canned salad - quick and tasty

For this salad you will need:

  • two cans of canned fish;
  • five eggs;
  • two onions;
  • five to six potatoes;
  • one pack of mayonnaise;

Cooking process

Rinse the onion thoroughly and chop finely. Open canned fish and knead them with a fork. Eggs are peeled and finely chopped. Grate boiled potatoes (best on a coarse grater). Then we mix all the prepared ingredients, season with mayonnaise and decorate with green onions and dill.

Canned salad "Ginger"

To make this salad you will need:

  • one can of salmon;
  • one can of sliced ​​champignons;
  • one onion (large);
  • one carrot;
  • mayonnaise;
  • one hundred grams of cheese;
  • salt.

Salad cooking method

All the ingredients must be laid out in layers and smeared with mayonnaise:

  1. knead the fish with a fork and put it in a salad bowl;
  2. chop the chopped onion together with mushrooms in vegetable oil (the main thing is not to pour too much vegetable oil and not to dry the onion with mushrooms), then put it on the fish;
  3. boil the eggs, clean and grate (preferably large), and then spread on the mushrooms. One yolk should be left to decorate the salad;
  4. grate the cheese on a grater (shallow) and spread on the eggs;
  5. carrots (raw) also three on a fine grater and put on cheese;
  6. the last layer is mayonnaise, decorated with yolk.

Do not forget that with mayonnaise you need to smear each layer, just do not overdo it, otherwise the salad will turn out to be too fat.

Light canned salad

To make this salad, you will need the following foods:

  • 125 grams of canned food in oil;
  • two onions;
  • two eggs;
  • 50 grams of greens (preferably different).

Cooking method

Chop the onion finely and add boiled and finely chopped eggs to it. Then add canned fish and mix well. You can sprinkle greens on top of the salad (well, when there is such greens as dill, parsley, cilantro).

Beautiful and simple canned salad

List of required products:

  • jar of canned food (mackerel or sardinella);
  • 150-200 grams of rice;
  • 3-4 chicken eggs;
  • bow;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking process
