Summer is coming soon, which means that such a mixture will again be very relevant. Typically, cabbage salad with apples does not inspire, and it seems to you that you know everything about it. Beijing cabbage and apple salad

We somehow forget that there are many different types of cabbage. For this salad you will need:

  • half of the average cabbage of Beijing cabbage
  • apple (preferably green, sour)
  • small carrots
  • dill
  • green onions
  • vinegar (any) - I love apple, half a tablespoon
  • vegetable oil (mustard, mmm)
  • pepper, salt.

I cut cabbage with thin chips. I clean the apple and carrots from the peel, coarsely rub.

Finely chop the greens.

I mix everything thoroughly. I mix vinegar with vegetable oil, water the salad, salt and pepper to taste.

If you want to experiment, then you can still put a teaspoon of mustard and a little sugar in the fill. By the way, this fill is also perfect for vinaigrette. Cabbage salad with apples is suitable for breakfast or a side dish.

Red cabbage salad

Terribly useful and very low-calorie product. Garnish from it is excellent. Another cabbage salad with apples in your piggy bank.

Take:

  • forks of red cabbage
  • 2-3 sweet bell peppers (I take red and yellow)
  • 2 apples
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • salt
  • dressing, as in the previous recipe.

Shredded cabbage with straws, except for a stalk, of course. I do the same with pepper. I clean the apples and rub on a coarse grater (I sprinkle with lemon juice so as not to darken).

I crush the garlic with a garlic press. Finely chopped greens.

I mix everything and season with pouring, salt to taste. Another cabbage salad with apples is ready.

Cabbage, Apple and Shrimp Salad

Seafood is always perfectly combined with any light vegetables and fruits. I have a weakness for shrimp, so there are so many recipes with them in my arsenal, and I am happy to share another one with you.

Ingredients:

  • peeled boiled shrimp - 150-200g
  • white cabbage - 150g
  • an Apple
  • medium cucumber.

For refueling:

  • natural yogurt - 100ml
  • grated zest from half a lemon
  • juice of half a lemon
  • half teaspoon curry
  • tablespoon finely chopped basil
  • salt.

Thinly shred the cabbage in strips, rub the apple coarsely and sprinkle with lemon juice, cut the cucumber into thin strips. Add shrimp, mix, spread in a salad bowl.

I make the filling, season the salad and mix gently. The perfect combination of products!

Tender Salad

This salad, although without cabbage, is still very light and tasty, delicate crab salad with apple.

Take:

  • three potatoes
  • onion
  • 200g crab sticks
  • big juicy sour apple
  • 4 eggs
  • mayonnaise

For marinade:

  • 2 tbsp 9% vinegar
  • pure water - 70ml
  • ground pepper

For 20 minutes marinated onion rings. I rub all the products on a coarse grater separately - boiled potatoes, apple, proteins, yolks. I cut the crab sticks into thin strips.

I spread the layers in a salad bowl and grease each with a little mayonnaise: potatoes - pickled onions - apples (plus a little lemon juice, so as not to darken) - crab sticks - squirrels. Sprinkle the last greased layer with yolks and decorate with fresh herbs. Tender salad with apple is ready, beautiful and tasty!

Squid Salad with Apple

This amount of salad is enough for a big company.

  • 1kg squid
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • 2 sweet and sour apples (can be replaced with pineapple)
  • 4 eggs
  • can of corn
  • greens, mayonnaise

I cook the squids for no more than 5 minutes, I clean them from the films, cut them into strips, finely chop the onions, rub the apples on a grater, cut the eggs into cubes, add the corn and mayonnaise. Optionally, you can add greens.
