Do not mix anymore, no matter how you like it. When 10 minutes have passed, peel 4 large cloves of garlic. Dip it in the pilaf and cover again. Keep an eye on the rice, as 20 minutes is an approximate cooking time. When the cereal is cooked, and the water is boiled away, then the dish is ready. You should have a very tasty and fragrant pilaf with pork.
Kharcho
Mistresses often cook a variety of soups. So why not make pork and rice kharcho ? This is a delicious, original and fragrant soup that your family members will enjoy tasting.
Take 0.5 kg of pork, rinse it well and cut into cubes. Fry the meat, put in a pan. Pour 400 ml of water, cover and simmer until tender. In the meantime, rinse thoroughly with rice (150 g or 0.5 tbsp.).
Peel potatoes (5 pcs.) And cut into cubes. When the meat is soft, add rice to it, pour water (1.5 l). Cook the pork over low heat for 10 minutes. Then put the potatoes. Cook until cooked. Meanwhile, prepare vegetables such as onions and carrots, 1 pc. If you like, you can add bell pepper.
Dice the onion, fry. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, add to the pan. Dice the pepper and send to the vegetables. Fry until cooked. When rice and potatoes are cooked, pour fried vegetables with tomato into the same bowl. Stir, boil for 5 minutes - you can turn off the soup.
Thanks to additional spices and garlic, kharcho is more aromatic and tender.
Pork with rice and vegetables
This dish also cooks quickly and easily. For cooking, it is better to take 400 g of pulp (neck or scapula). Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the stewpan, and when heated, put the pork there. Fry it until a light crust forms.
While the meat is being cooked, rinse thoroughly with 1.5 tbsp. rice. Pour it into an empty pan and pour 4 tbsp. water. Salt to taste and cook until cereal is cooked. Now cut 3-4 onions in half rings and add to the pork.
The meat is fried for a long time, and you have time to prepare the remaining vegetables. Cut the carrots into small cubes, and the onion into half rings. You can also grind peppers, tomatoes and, if the season allows, eggplant. Take a small piece of fresh ginger and rub it on a grater.
When the meat is fried, add onions to it and fry for 15 minutes. Then put carrots here. Mix and fry thoroughly until vegetables are tender. Then put pepper, peas and sprinkle ginger on top. Stir again. Add the necessary spices to your taste. It can be garlic, paprika, a mixture of peppers and salt.
When the vegetables and meat are well cooked, add the cooked rice to the stewpan. Mix gently with a wooden spatula, cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes. The dish "pork with rice and vegetables" is ready. It is best served hot. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated hard cheese before serving. The result is a more original, rich and tasty dish.
Sweet and sour pork with rice
This is a unique and original dish that can even be served at the festive table. To cook it, take steamed rice and boil until cooked. As a rule, 2 tablespoons are taken per 800 ml of water. cereals.
Now take the pork tenderloin, wash well and cut into cubes or thin strips. Put the pan on a small fire, pour 2 tbsp. l peanut butter. Fry the meat until golden brown.

Pour the vegetables from the pan into the cauldron for meat. Add a little water and simmer until the pork is completely cooked. Then add rice here. Gently mix with a plastic spatula. Put together for about 10 minutes. Turn off the burner and let it brew. You should get very tasty pork with rice and vegetables.
Cooking Tips
To make the rice more tasty and crumbly, it is advisable to fry it first, and only then cook it. From such cereals, you can easily prepare a dish such as risotto.
To keep the rice intact, it is advisable not to mix it during cooking. So that the cereal does not burn, you need to use dishes such as a cauldron, a wok pan or a ducklings. That is, such a capacity in which a thick bottom.
