After all, this Italian food is so included in our diet that it is unlikely that at least one person can now refuse it. Itβs not surprising to crush everything-in dough. But pizza, as in a pizzeria, the recipe of which we will tell you, will not work for everyone.

First I mix the yeast (eighty grams) with sugar (twenty-five grams). I put all this in warm water (one glass) and add salt (fifteen grams), one egg. I mix everything well. Pre-cooked mashed potatoes from two or three tubers. I put warm crushed potatoes in the previously obtained mixture. Whisk everything with a whisk. Sift one kilogram of flour through a sieve. I make a "well" out of it, into which I pour the mixed ingredients. I start to knead the dough. At the end of the batch, add fifty grams of olive oil. Delicious pizza takes time to prepare. After the first batch, I postpone the dough briefly (for twenty minutes). Then I mix the mass a little and divide into six equal parts. I grease the table with oil. I put the "koloboks" of dough on it and, covering them with a towel, let me finally rise. During this time, preparing the filling. Finely chop three hundred and fifty grams of mozzarella, rub three hundred grams of radomer and rub the same amount of Russian on a coarse grater. Ready chicken fillet tear in large pieces. I cut the ham and pineapple into strips.

The time has come to prepare the sauce: I mix mayonnaise, ketchup, put a sprig of rosemary torn into several parts and olives, which I chop finely. The dough for this time finally fits. I spread it in oiled forms, in which I give it precisely their outlines. The first layer of the filling is sauce, spread on it mozzarella, chicken, ham, pineapple, tomatoes sliced ββin large rings. From above we fall asleep with grated cheeses. Pizza, like in a pizzeria, the recipe of which I tell you, is baked in the oven at a very high temperature (almost maximum). But the dough is browned for seven to ten minutes.

This flour (tablespoons nine to ten), four tablespoons of mayonnaise and sour cream, two chicken eggs, a couple of a pinch of salt. As a filling - everything your imagination is capable of. I mix flour, mayonnaise, sour cream, eggs, salt. It turns out pretty dough. I pour it into a pan greased with vegetable oil. I put everything on top that I prepared as a filling. The final touch is any cheese grated on a coarse grater. The greater the cheese component, the tastier the pizza. I put the pan with the contents on fire. Cover with a lid. Cook for ten minutes. Of course, to taste it will not be pizza, as in a pizzeria - the recipe is still simple. However, a quick and tasty dish is obtained.
