In 2003, the premiere of the musical “For Two Hares” took place. Actors who performed the main roles are not professional theater and cinema artists. They are the stars of domestic pop. The creator of the musical is Maxim Papernik. The Ukrainian director is known for such projects as "Twelve Chairs", "The Snow Queen", "Scary Christmas", "The untouchable".
Background
In 1961, a musical film was released on Soviet screens, which was a resounding success. The film "After Two Hares" became so popular that one of the famous theater directors of that time decided to stage a play on it. The performance had positive reviews from the audience. The performance did not leave the theater posters for more than twenty years.
After several decades, Maxim Papernik decided to repeat the success of the director of the legendary Soviet film. Of course, he did not manage to surpass Viktor Ivanov, the creator of the comedy "For Two Hares." Actors in the Soviet famous film played outstanding. But this article will not discuss them, but about the artists of the Papernik project.
The plot of the Ukrainian musical, of course, is somewhat different from the content of the film by Ivanov. But the characteristics of the main characters are preserved. In 2004, a meeting was held between the performers of the most colorful role: M. Krinitsyna, T. Yatsenko and A. Pugacheva. At different times, they interpreted the character of the play by M. Staritsky either on the screen or on the stage.
Plot
Stylist Aleksey Chizhov is the main character of the musical “For Two Hares”. Actor Galkin, who played the role of an unlucky hairdresser, played only a few roles in the movie, the first of them in Jumble.
Chizhov planned to make an elite beauty salon out of his modest hairdresser. To do this, he had to borrow money from the market director. The project was not very successful, and therefore the protagonist began to hear more and more from the businessman who had loaned him money the threat of retraining him from a hairdresser to a market janitor. Chizhova, of course, was not pleased with this prospect. In order to resolve financial problems, he decided to hit on Tonya Korovyak, the heiress of the owner of a supermarket chain.
Characters
Chizhov is a hero created in the image of Svirid Petrovich from the Soviet musical “For Two Hares”. The actor in the role of a hairdresser and an unsuccessful businessman is rather comical. Although, of course, his game cannot be put on a par with that of the talented artist Oleg Borisov. Tonya Korovyak is the same Pronya Prokopovna. That is, a middle-aged, not very attractive lady, avid for flattery. Who played in the musical "For Two Hares"?
Actors
The main character was played by Maxim Galkin. Prima Russian pop performed the role of Tony Korovyak. The film contains images that are not in the Soviet film-musical "Beyond Two Hares". Actor Andrei Danilko played a rather colorful character. He played the role of maniac Anton, from time to time changing his appearance and turning into a middle-aged lady.
Other actors of the musical “For Two Hares”: Nina Sharolapova, Olesya Zhurakovskaya, Anatoly Dyachenko, Alexander Bondarenko, Nikolai Boklan, Olga Sumskaya. Tamara Yatsenko for many years appeared on the stage of one of the Kiev theaters in the image of Proni Prokopovna. In the 2003 musical, she played Sonya, a flower merchant.
As already mentioned, the actors who played the main characters in the movie are removed infrequently. What projects are present in the filmography of A. Pugacheva and M. Galkin?
Alla Pugacheva
The singer in the movie debuted in 1976. Then Pugacheva played in the episode. Two years later, she played the main role in the film "The Woman Who Sings." The artist herself is the prototype of the heroine of this film. Alla Pugacheva was involved in the "Kingdom of Crooked Mirrors", "Season of Miracles." In the film "I came and I say" (1985), the singer played herself.
Maksim Galkin
The leading actor in the musical “For Two Hares” has little experience in acting. The first role, as already mentioned, played in the "Jumble". In 2003, Galkin played one of the minor characters in the film Bless the Woman, and in 2006, the entertainer in the musical film First Home.
