Cheesy cakes belong to a rich and tasty breakfast , because they are quickly prepared (it takes about 5-10 minutes to make them) and also go well with tea or coffee. These delicious products made from a certain type of dough stuffed with cheese, sausages, boiled eggs or ham are just a dream for lovers of baking! Many housewives make cheese cakes, photos of which are posted on the Internet. After all, when you look at this dish - and your eyes are happy, you want to sit down and eat it faster.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 200-250 ml;
- salt - 1/2 dessert spoon;
- sugar - 1/2 dessert spoon;
- soda - 1/3 dessert spoon;
- hard (grated) cheese - 200-250 g;
- sunflower or olive oil - 2 dessert spoons;
- flour - 300-400 g;
- chicken egg - 1 pc;
- cottage cheese - 200-250 g;
- butter, greens (dill or parsley) - to taste.
Cheese cake recipe: cooking steps
- Pour kefir into a bowl, preheating slightly on either a gas stove or microwave. Then you need to add soda and mix, let stand a little, the dairy product should rise in the form of a "hat".
- While kefir is suitable, we take a separate container and slightly beat the eggs with sugar. Do not overdo it!
- Add the resulting mixture to kefir, mix. In addition, at this stage, add sunflower (olive) oil to the dough.
- Sift flour well, pour into the dough and mix thoroughly.
- The cheese cake recipe by its name already defines the last ingredient for the mixture - hard cheese. Rub it on a coarse grater and add to other products.
