The garlic chicken with quince in the oven has a unique taste. To prepare it, you need a bird with a weight of not more than one and a half kilograms. It will be necessary to grate it all very well with a mixture of garlic, pepper and salt, both outside and inside. Half of the quince must be cut into very small pieces; this is the mixture that will need to be sewn into the belly of the chicken. Cut the rest into medium sized slices. Peel potatoes, chop it into large pieces. Now we put the chicken in a baking sleeve, sprinkle it with honey. Inside the bird we put quince and potatoes. Now pour the whole dish with a mixture of honey and crushed garlic. Preheat the oven and put the sleeve in it. The chicken should acquire a characteristic golden color.
You can offer a recipe for an amazing and very original dish - chicken with tangerines in the oven. Someone will say that these products do not combine. But this is not so. The fact is that you just need to choose the right recipe, which we offer. It has some very subtle nuances.
Firstly, you need a bird with a weight of at least 1.8 kilograms.
