It takes a minimum of time to cook them. And the result is amazing - a delicious and low-calorie dessert on your table. Consider a few strawberry dessert recipes. One of the main ingredients is puff pastry. You can buy it at any supermarket, but it is better, of course, to use homemade dough.

Getting to the dough. At the first stage, stir the yeast in warm water, add 1 tsp. Sahara. Sent for 15 minutes in a warm place until a yeast βcapβ is formed. Mix.
Sift the flour onto a clean and dry table surface. Pour salt and a little sugar to it. We mix everything. Add a few slices of butter here. If desired, oil can be grated. Now the mixture needs to be chopped with a knife into crumbs.
We return to the yeast mixture. After she rose, add the egg and pour the milk. The resulting liquid mixture must be poured into flour crumbs. And so that the yeast liquid does not spread around the table, it is necessary to form a hole from the crumbs. Now knead the dough until it becomes elastic and smooth. What's next? The resulting dough must be put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After that, you can start cooking dessert. We take out the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out and cut out small diamonds of size 5x5 cm.
Rinse the strawberries and peel them off. Dice.
Sprinkle each rhombic dough with sugar. We spread strawberries in its center. We fasten the edges so that the juice does not leak. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Now we spread our rhombuses. Bake for about 15 minutes. To make puffs with strawberries tasty and crispy, they must be lubricated before baking. To do this, you can use egg yolk with sugar or plain sweet water.
The recipe for puff pastry puffs (without yeast)
For the filling, we take strawberries and sugar in the same amount. We start to cook the dough. Pour flour onto the surface, spread the butter sliced ββinto pieces on top. Separately, mix salt and sugar in cold water. Next, pour water into flour and butter and begin to quickly knead the dough. Finish the dough with a damp towel and refrigerate. If you are in no hurry to prepare a dessert, then leave the dough all night. After we take out the dough and roll it at least two times. Each time, we fold it with an envelope and roll it out again.
If you do not cook puffs with strawberries right away, then the dough can be sent to the refrigerator for a couple of days. Otherwise, it is better to store it in the freezer. Puff pastry layers with yeast without yeast are prepared in the same way if you used puff pastry. The shape of the puffs can be different. It does not have to be rhombuses. The main thing is to fasten them so that the filling does not leak. So, put the filling, close the puff and send to the oven for 15 minutes. Remember to grease the puffs with egg yolk.
Puffs with strawberries: my grandmother's recipe
Step No. 1. Take 200 g of cottage cheese, mix with one bag of vanilla and 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. For those who are afraid to get better, sugar can be replaced with honey.
Step number 2. Cut the prepared berry into small cubes.
Step No. 3. Roll out the dough with rectangles 3 mm thick. Cut the edges with a Christmas tree.
Step number 4. In the middle of each rectangle lay the cottage cheese with strawberries. The edges of the dough must be closed alternately to get a pigtail. Lubricate with yolk and put in the oven.
