Cooking technology:
- First you need to boil the chicken.

- 1 onion;
- 200 milliliters of heavy cream;
- 1 g of pepper and salt;
- Β½ cup of water;
- 50 milliliters of vegetable oil;
- a couple of cloves of garlic.
The recipe involves the following steps:
- Wash the meat, cut the skin from it, and cut the remaining flesh into medium sized portioned pieces.
- Defrost spinach.
- Fry chicken in warmed vegetable oil. No other components are required at this stage.
- Separately, fry onion and thin slices of brisket, cut into half rings.
- Add the resulting mixture to chicken. At this stage, salt and spices can be added to taste.
- Pour boiling mass with warmed cream.
