Ingredients:

  2. light soy sauce - 3 tsp;
  3. oyster sauce - 80 ml;
  4. rice vinegar - 1 tsp;
  5. dark soy sauce - 2 tsp;
  6. sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. l;
  7. corn starch - 2 tsp;
  8. chicken broth - 50 ml;
  9. sweet pepper - 1 pc.

To make noodles you will need:

  1. egg noodles - 100 gr;
  2. red onion - 1 pc;
  3. chili pepper - 2 pcs;
  4. sweet chili sauce - 4 tbsp. l;
  5. garlic - 1 clove;
  6. juice (from 1 lime);
  7. brown sugar - 2.5 tbsp. l;
  8. a handful of mint leaves and cilantro;
  9. vegetable oil.

Cooking method

To begin with, you should wash and dry the meat well. It is better to cut the beef into slices, about 5 cm each. We put the meat in an enameled bowl and add soy light sauce, starch and rice vinegar. Mix a little and leave for 20 minutes. While the meat is pickled, prepare the noodles. So that it does not stick together after cooking, it is advisable to douse it with cold water. Thinly chop onion and garlic. Pepper, cleaned from seeds, cut into thin rings. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry chopped vegetables. Add squeezed lime juice, chili sauce and brown sugar. Stew noodles with vegetables 1 min. We remove from the heat and leave in a warm place until the beef is cooked.

Cut green pepper into thin slices. Fry it should be no more than 2 minutes. We get the meat, and save the marinade, it will come in handy a little later. In a pan, heat the oil over low heat, stirring thoroughly, and fry the beef for about 5 minutes. After frying, put the meat on paper towels. Pour oyster sauce and chicken stock into a clean pan , bring to a boil. Then pour in the remaining marinade and cook for 2 minutes. Add the fried slices of meat and pepper to the pan, mix thoroughly.
