However, even if your loved ones are not chasing the benefits, they will obviously not refuse a piece of sea-buckthorn delicacy.
Sea buckthorn and apple pie recipe

We take two eggs and for a start beat them separately from everything else. Then we introduce a glass of sour cream and sugar and continue whipping. Very original, healthy and delicious cake! For the base, 150 grams of dried apricots and 80 raisins are soaked for a couple of hours in cold water, washed and dried. An incomplete glass of walnuts, prepared raisins, half a glass of sunflower seeds and a bit of grilled pumpkin with a meat grinder and season with cardamom. Pour a little water - so that the mixture “seizes”. We cover the baking dish with parchment, place the base on it (do not forget to make the sides) and hide it briefly in the refrigerator. A quarter kilo of three pumpkins on a grater, half a glass of sea buckthorn with a chalk and wipe through a sieve, dried apricots chalk separately. We mix all the components, add water to medium density and sweeten with honey to taste. We clean the apple and chop it into thin slices, lay it on the base, sprinkle with a lemon and cover with the filling. An hour in the cold - and an unusual cake with sea buckthorn is ready for use inside. Believe me, you have not tried this before!

With a wonderful berry, you can depict a lot of all sorts of goodies. In our opinion, a sandwich cake with sea buckthorn is especially good, even if it is necessary to tinker with it more than with other options.
The key to a successful experiment is the right dough. For him, we sift three glasses of flour, pour a glass of sugar, a little soda (extinguish the “baking powder” with lemon juice) and vanilla into it. We complete the composition with a third kilo of chopped butter. And now with a knife we ​​chop all the components to the crumb, simultaneously introducing two eggs into the mass. When there is already nothing to chop, knead the dough until smooth, roll it into a ball, cover it and hide it for an hour in cool.
Having shown unprecedented endurance while waiting, we roll out the dough into a thin layer, form a basket in it in a baking dish and bake the base. We pay attention to diligence when working with a rolling pin: a dough sheet should not beat thicker than 8 mm, but it is better to achieve four. Then the dough will definitely bake quickly and will not be rude in taste.
Delicious filling
And it will be difficult with us. First, we break a 200-gram bar of chocolate, put the pieces in a saucepan and pour a glass of cream. Place the container in a water bath and hold until the sweetness has dissolved. Pour hot chocolate into a sand base, wait until it gets cold and remove to the very bottom of the refrigerator.
Now we take sea buckthorn, about a quarter kilo, and wipe the berries through a colander. In a bowl, combine a little more than half a glass of sugar and a slice of butter (about 60 grams). Rub a little and put into the sea buckthorn mass. Now heat it until the sugar dissolves and the butter becomes liquid. While the workpiece cools, dissolve gelatin in a stack of cold water and pour into the cream. The final touch: we drive in four eggs and knead until thick, keeping it on a low heat. Pour the finished cream on a chocolate layer and put in the refrigerator. The flavor is indescribable! In our opinion, this is the best pie with sea buckthorn.
