White bread is sold in all stores. However, very often it is not as tasty as we would like. In this regard, we propose making bread yourself using simple and affordable products.

Modern technologies are developing very fast. And most housewives prefer to knead and bake white bread not on their own, but with a device such as a bread machine. But unfortunately, not every cook can boast of the presence of such a device. In this regard, we decided to tell you about how to quickly and easily cook white bread in the oven.
Step-by-step recipe for making homemade bread
There are quite a few recipes thanks to which you can bake delicious homemade bread on your own. They are all very similar. However, in some cases, wheat flour is used to prepare such a product, and in others, rye flour.
To make white bread, we need the first component. But first things first.
So, for baking delicious homemade bread you need to purchase:
- light wheat flour - about 1 kg;
- granular yeast - approximately 4 g;
- warm milk and drinking water - 1 full glass;
- light sugar - 2 dessert spoons;
- sunflower oil - 1/3 of a standard glass;
- table salt - a dessert spoon;
- small chicken egg - 1 pc.
Knead the dough
Like any other pastries, white bread should begin to cook with a batch of dough. Most often, a yeast base is used to prepare such a product. To knead it, warm milk and drinking water are combined in one container, and then granulated sugar is added to them and completely dissolved.
After receiving a sweet cloudy mass, yeast in granules is spread to it, mix well and leave it completely at rest for 12-18 minutes. During this time, the yeast should completely dissolve. Subsequently, a small beaten egg, table salt and sunflower oil are added to them.
Gently mixing the components, spread wheat flour to them, and knead everything well with your hands.
Having received a uniform and slightly sticky dough, it is placed in a deep pot and covered with a rag. So that the base is not weathered and not covered with a hard crust, it is also covered with a lid. In this form, the dough is left in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Over time, the slightly raised base is beaten with a fist, it is closed again and maintained under similar conditions for about 35 minutes.
This treatment will contribute to the production of lush and soft yeast dough.
Formation process
Before baking white bread in the oven, it should be properly formed. To do this, use a special heat-resistant cast iron, glass or aluminum shape in the form of a brick. The dishes are well lubricated with any vegetable oil, and then they take the approached dough, form an oval from it and put it in a container. In this case, the basis should not completely fill out the form. She should barely reach her middle.
In this form, the dough is again left in a warm place, but for ΒΌ hours. During this time, it should slightly rise and fill the dishes.
Heat treatment process
We decided to implement the presented white bread recipe in the oven. It is preheated to 200 degrees. After that, a form with dough is placed in the oven and cooked for an entire hour. During this time, the base should completely bake, become soft, lush and rosy.
Presenting homemade bread to the table
Having prepared white bread in the oven, it is carefully removed from the mold by abruptly turning it over. Such a product is served hot to the table, having previously been cut into pieces.

- loose yeast - about 4 g;
- drinking warm water - 2 glasses;
- light sugar - 2 dessert spoons;
- sunflower oil - 1/3 of a standard glass;
- table salt - a dessert spoon;
- egg powder - 2 large spoons.
Kneading dough
White bread dough kneads easily and simply. Sugar is well dissolved in warm drinking water. Then in the same pan add a mixture consisting of loose yeast and 2/3 cup light flour. After mixing the components, they are left warm for 25 minutes. After that, salt, egg powder and sunflower oil are added to the swollen mass.
Kneading a thick, but not tough dough, it is placed in a deep container, covered with a towel and left in a warm place for an hour. Over time, get a lush and soft mass, which is immediately used for making white homemade bread. It is formed and baked in the oven in the same way as in the first recipe. Therefore, we will not describe this process.
