One of the most healthy foods is fish. It contains all the nutrients necessary for man, proteins and fats. At the same time, fish has always been considered an integral element of dietary cuisine, which is especially valuable in our time. However, dishes from this product require a lot of time and attention, and the right selection of side dishes is as important as the cooking process itself. For cooking you will need:

- potatoes - 1 kg;

- carrots - 3pcs;
- mayonnaise - 200g .;
- sour cream - 150g .;
- eggs - 5 pcs.;
- hard cheese - 200g .;
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
- seasoning for fish;
- salt;
- pepper;
- margarine.
Fish preparation
First you need to carefully inspect the fillet for bones in it. They must be completely removed. To fish, baked with vegetables in the oven, turned out juicy, it must be marinated. To do this, fillet rubbed with seasoning, which was mixed with salt and pepper. Top with sour cream. In this form, the fish should stand for about an hour.
