I personally do not recommend using one beef, as it is firm and dry for a pie. But the potato pie with minced pork and beef in a proportion of 50:50 will be just amazing.
Cooking the filling. The selected meat must be thoroughly washed, cut into small pieces up to 1 cm in size, or minced meat should be rolled out of it. Chopped meat must be salt and pepper to taste.
Mix potatoes and meat. Most housewives skip this stage of work, laying out the meat and potatoes separately. I recommend pre-mixing potatoes with meat in one deep pan so that they are saturated with each other's juices and combine their delicious aromas. If you used lean meats, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to this hole, or put 1 tablespoon of butter on top of this hole.
