This recipe is slightly different from the one used to cook in every second Russian cuisine. Salad "Rose" in this case will be decorated differently, but the ingredients can be left the same. It will be required:

  • fatty salted herring without pits and offal;
  • a pair of boiled potatoes;
  • onion;
  • mayonnaise;
  • boiled carrots;
  • a pair of medium boiled beets.

This option is suitable for those who prefer fish and seafood to meat. Rosa salad, the recipe of which will be described below, is collected similarly to the previous one, but the ingredients are somewhat different. So, the components:

  • preserves or salted spicy herring;
  • marinated squid rings ;
  • mussels;
  • shrimp
  • boiled beets (2-3 pieces, depending on size);
  • salt to taste;
  • mayonnaise;
  • onion;
  • greens;
  • boiled potatoes (a pair of medium tubers).

The peculiarity of this salad is that it is very satisfying, which does not require serving to any side dish or hot. It may well act as an independent dish. Everything is prepared very simply: shrimps are boiled and cut in half, squid, potatoes, mussels, herring and one beetroot are finely chopped. Onion, so as not to be bitter, can be scalded with boiling water, then added to the prepared ingredients. Everything mixes, greens are chopped, dressed with mayonnaise.   • canned chopped champignons;
  • hard cheese;

Ready-made, purchased semi-finished products are also quite suitable, but not sweet, thin, easily defrosting. You can make them yourself if you have a simple set of products at hand:

  • a glass of warm milk without foam;
  • a glass of warm boiled water;
  • a little more than a glass of flour (sifted);
  • salt and a pinch of sugar;
  • vegetable oil (2-3 small spoons);
  • 2 chicken eggs.

The dough is kneaded in the usual way. It is undesirable to have lumps in it, so you need to mix thoroughly, and introduce the flour in small portions. Pancakes are baked in a hot frying pan or pancake until cooked. They should be thin, but not torn.
