Choosing a pancake recipe

It seems like it could be easier than a pancake recipe! Any experienced hostess can easily prepare delicious and rosy pancakes using their personal experience. In fact, there are a lot of recipes for this dish! And each of them is original and beautiful in its own way. So, we cook pancakes!

Banana Pancake Recipe

Mash two large and very ripe bananas (the peel should be brownish) with a fork in mashed potatoes. Add two small tablespoons of sugar, a little salt, four eggs and beat with a blender or mixer until smooth. Continue to beat, gradually adding a glass of flour. Then pour in 300 ml of milk and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

After getting out, add a couple of large tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix. The dough is ready, you can start frying pancakes in a hot skillet.

Step-by-step recipe for potato pancakes with meat filling

1. Grate 4 - 5 potato tubers on a fine grater.

2. Break two eggs into potatoes and mix.

3. Add to the dough about a glass of flour. If in the end it turns out a little liquid, then you can add more.

Buckwheat Pancakes with Yeast

First you need to make a dough. To do this, pour three cups of buckwheat flour with 0.6 liters of warm boiled milk and pour a bag of dry yeast. After an hour, the dough should rise.

Grind five yolks and 100 grams of softened butter, pour 200 grams of sour cream. Stir, add to this mass two cups of wheat flour and pour a glass of boiled milk. Combine the dough with the dough and mix very well. Put the dough on for two hours.

Beat the remaining proteins and 300 ml of cream, pour them into the dough, mix and let stand for another 15 minutes. After that, you can start to bake pancakes.

Pancake Roll Recipe

First, prepare the dough. Beat four eggs and pour in a liter of milk. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and about two glasses of flour. From the resulting test, fry the pancakes.

And now it's time to start stuffing. Put two packs of 250 grams of cottage cheese in a blender, fill in 10 grams of gelatin and mix. Strip two bananas, two pears and two kiwi separately (any fruit can be used). On each pancake, first spread the curd mass, and then, as if preparing the rolls, put strips of fruit on the edge of the pancake and wrap the pancake.

Remove the pancakes for half an hour in the refrigerator, then remove and cut into circles.

The recipe for sour milk pancakes with filling

Beat two eggs, add to them a quarter of a small spoonful of citric acid and soda. Sugar and salt put as you wish.

Pour a glass of sour milk into the mixture. Whisking, gradually pour 300 grams of flour. Stir until all lumps disappear. After this, pour another glass of sour milk.

Prepare pancakes from the resulting dough.

For the filling, peel 250 grams of apples, remove the core and cut into smaller ones. Put the frying pan on the fire, pour a third of a glass of plain water into it and put two large tablespoons of sugar. Once the liquid boils, put the apples in the pan. Fry them until all the water has evaporated.

Put the prepared apples in a bowl and mix them with half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Distribute the prepared stuffing on pancakes and give them any shape. You can roll up rolls or just triangles.
