Chicken rolls with mushrooms in the oven and in the pan

It is known that the word "roll" is of French origin and literally means "twisted" or "rolled up". Chicken rolls can be safely called a miracle treat, which will appeal to the whole family. Simple and quick cooking, juicy and delicate taste will make this dish one of the most beloved. As the filling, you can use any products that go well with chicken meat. Heat treatment is carried out in different ways: in the oven, in a pan, on the grill. Today we will talk about how to cook chicken rolls with mushrooms using different technologies.

Champignon rolls

Prepare delicious golden chicken meat rolls fried in a pan. For the filling, prepare the mushrooms with vegetables. The recipe is for 4 people. We take:

  • 400 g of champignons;
  • a pinch of oregano;
  • 9 g of honey;
  • 1 onion;
  • 10 g soy sauce;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 10 g of lemon juice;
  • 90 g of vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 tsp salts;
  • freshly ground pepper mixture;
  • 4 things. chicken fillet.

In order to cook chicken rolls with mushrooms, take the chicken fillet, wash and dry. We cut each piece in such a way as to make an even layer. Slightly beat off the fillet pieces and sprinkle oregano. Pass garlic cloves through a press, mix with soy sauce, lemon juice, honey. Coat the slices of meat with the prepared mixture and put in the cold for half an hour. We chop the onion head in a small cube, pour Β½ part of the oil into the pan and brown the onion on it. Add chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper to it and fry for 15 minutes. We lay out the beaten filet on the working surface of the table, put the fried mushrooms with onions on the edge, turn them with an even roll and fasten with a toothpick. We advise you to prepare delicious rolls stuffed with vegetables, mushrooms and cheese. The same dish can be made from turkey meat. For oven-baked chicken rolls with mushrooms, you should take:

  • 500 g of chicken;
  • 150 g of green beans and mushrooms;
  • 100 g cream cheese;
  • corn oil;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • pepper;
  • salt;
  • 20 g butter.

  1. The fillet is placed in a bag of cellophane and lightly beat off, pepper and salt.

  3. Lubricate the chicken fillet with cream cheese, put the filling on top and roll the rolls.

  • 2 chicken breasts;
  • 15 g butter;
  • spices with salt to taste;
  • 6 pcs champignons;
  • 15 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 1 onion.

Wash the fillets and dry with a napkin; if the pieces are too large, they should be cut lengthwise to make them thinner. We put the meat in a bag, beat, salt and sprinkle with spices, you can use special spices for chicken. Onions and mushrooms are cut into small cubes, fry the onions in a pan first, then add the mushrooms and a little salt to it. Add sour cream to the mass and warm up for no more than a minute.

Put the filling on the fillet and wrap chicken rolls with mushrooms, fix with a thread or a toothpick. We place meat products on a baking sheet, covered with parchment and oiled. Pour the rolls with sour cream and set for baking for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. After the set time, we lower the temperature to 160 Β° C and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Before serving, be sure to remove the threads or toothpicks.

  • 50 g of champignons;
  • 3 branches of dill;
  • salt;
  • 50 g of cheese;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • pepper;
  • 2 eggs;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • 150 g of butter.

Recipe step by step

First, prepare the products for chicken rolls with mushrooms.

  1. We cut the breast fillet into strata with a thickness of not more than 1.5 centimeters and beat off with a hammer on both sides, pepper and salt.
  2. Grind the dill.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  4. My mushrooms and cut into thin plates.
  5. It is better to use cheese not with a pronounced taste, otherwise its specific taste will interrupt the delicate aroma of mushrooms and herbs. Cut it into thin plastic.
  6. We put garlic and dill into pieces of the prepared fillet.
  7. Mushrooms stacked on top of dill.
  8. Put cheese on top of champignons.
  9. We roll neat breast rolls and stab with a toothpick.
  10. Beat the eggs in the bowl and roll the rolls in a double breading: egg, crackers, egg and crackers again.
  11. We heat the butter in a saucepan (rolls should be half immersed in it during frying) and heat the product for 10 minutes for each side. The fire should not be made too big, otherwise they will be fried on top, and inside will remain raw.
  12. We put the finished rolls on a dish, serve boiled potatoes with herbs or vegetables for garnish.

All products indicated in the recipe are simple and affordable. Cream sauce makes this dish even more tender. It is necessary to cook:

  • broiler fillet - 500 g;
  • forest mushrooms (or champignons) - 400 g;
  • cheese mayonnaise - 300 g;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 300 g;
  • mustard - 30 g;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • corn. oil - 100 ml;
  • dill, parsley 30 g each;
  • butter - 100 g.

Divide the fillet lengthwise into two parts and beat off. Finely chop the mushrooms, onion (1 pc.) Cut into small cubes, carrots (1 pc.) - in strips. In a pan, melt the butter (half) and fry the onions, carrots and mushrooms. We take 150 g of mayonnaise and sour cream, mix with mustard, fried mushrooms (leave a little for the sauce), add half of the chopped greens. On the pieces of meat we lay the filling of mushrooms, vegetables, sour cream and mayonnaise and wrap in rolls. Fry them in corn oil until golden brown.

Preparing a creamy sauce: chop the onion in half rings, carrot into strips and lightly fry in butter. Add to the vegetables the remaining mayonnaise and sour cream, fried forest mushrooms, pour a liter of any broth, bring to a boil, while stirring constantly.
