"Emerald bracelet" - classic salad
We prepare all the ingredients in separate bowls. First of all, boil chicken fillet in salted water with spices - about 500 grams. Cool and cut the meat into small cubes or thin strips. In exactly the same way, we grind two or three fresh cucumbers without skin. A piece of fifteen pitted olives is cut into rings. About 200 grams of Dutch, but you can also any hard cheese, three in large chips. Grind a dozen nucleoli of walnuts using a rolling pin. Peel two kiwi fruits and cut into circles or crescents.
