Pork with sauce is in great demand. Here is one of the options for its preparation. Take two hundred grams of lean pork, a little vegetable oil, ground black pepper and salt. For the sauce, you need two teaspoons of ready-made mustard, fifty milliliters of fat cream, one tablespoon of butter, herbs and one teaspoon of flour.

We start preparing this dish. Wash and dry the pork, then divide it evenly. Rub each slice with pepper and salt. And let her stand a little. Then fry the prepared slices of pork until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan and prepare the sauce.

To do this, add mustard, flour, butter and cream to the same roasting pan, and let the sauce boil. Only after that fill in the chopped greens. Literally after one to two minutes, turn off the pan.

Take one kilogram of lean pork, one and a half kilograms of potatoes, three onions, four tablespoons of mayonnaise, juice of one lemon, as well as seasonings to your liking, pepper and salt.

First prepare the meat marinade. To do this, mix mayonnaise, pepper, lemon juice, salt and seasonings. Cut the pork into small pieces and mix with the marinade, leave in a cool place for several hours.

After the set time, warm the oven; grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Everything is ready for further cooking. Now put the potatoes in our mold, which can be cut into slices or straws. Pepper and salt a little. The next layer will be the onion rings. At the final stage, lay out the pieces of pickled pork. All this splendor is covered with marinade. Wrap the form with foil and put in a preheated oven for forty to fifty minutes. Then we remove the foil and leave our dish for another thirty minutes in the oven. During this time, pork is well browned and acquires a very appetizing look. Serve the dish hot.
