Those who are just starting to do homemade baking should definitely try to cook pancakes with apples on kefir. Making them is not at all difficult. The whole process usually takes no more than half an hour. The result is a dish that can be either an excellent dessert or a great option for a quick breakfast. Such pancakes are prepared in many ways. The most interesting of them are worth considering in more detail.
Classic version
The easiest way to cook pancakes with apples on kefir, using a traditional recipe. Everything in it is very clear, and there are no special tricks. First you need to choose the main ingredients for the job:
- 500 ml of kefir;
- 50 g of sugar;
- a couple of eggs;
- 6 g of soda;
- 1 large apple;
- 1.5 cups of wheat flour;
- sunflower oil.
It is necessary to make pancakes with apples on kefir, performing the following steps in turn:
- Beat eggs well in a bowl, adding a measured amount of sugar.
- Pour kefir and mix again. For work it is better to use a table fork. A whisk is not needed for such a test.
- Following kefir, immediately fill up soda. Extinguish it with vinegar should not be. This will make kefir itself.
- Rub the apple on a coarse grater (with peel).

- 15-20 g of sugar;
- any vegetable oil.
The cooking process of such a dish consists of several successive steps:
- Wash the carrots and gently peel it with a vegetable knife.
- Cut off the peel from apples and remove the middle with seeds.
- Grind the pulp of prepared vegetables on a grater, add semolina to them and mix. Allow the food to stand for 5 minutes. The cereal should swell a little.
- Add eggs and mix well again.
- Salt the resulting mass, sprinkle with sugar and add soda, slaked with vinegar.
- Pour everything with kefir and make the final batch.

- 2 eggs;

- 6 g of soda;

- First, oatmeal should be filled with water. They need to stand for a while so that the cereal absorbs moisture.

In a plate, finished products can be poured with sweet syrup, honey or any jam.
Yeast pancakes
Homemade pastry dough can also be made with yeast. Kefir fritters with apples will turn out simply airy and will resemble small fragrant buns. In this case, it is better to use the following set of components:
- 3 apples (medium);
- 250 ml of kefir;
- a pinch of salt;
- 240 g of flour;
- 1 egg
- 75 g of sugar;
- 7 g of dry yeast.
Method of making fritters:
- Dilute the yeast in warm water (40 ml), add sugar to them, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
- Add salt to the fermented mass, beat in the egg, pour kefir and mix well.
- Introduce the flour. It is better to do this portionwise so that there are no lumps.
