How to cook "Manon" - a salad of vegetables, with chicken and cheese

How to make "Manon"? Salad is prepared from such products:

  • Onions - 2 medium heads.
  • Potatoes - 2-3 medium sized tubers.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces.
  • Beets - 1 large piece or 2 medium ones.
  • Carrots - 1 large.
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces.
  • Garlic - 3 large cloves.
  • Mayonnaise - 1 small pack. Its fat content should be at least 67%.

Having bought all the above products, you need to boil hard-boiled eggs, cook vegetables until cooked - potatoes, carrots, beets. Garlic should be crushed using a garlic press or chopped very finely with a knife and mixed with mayonnaise.

Now lay the salad in layers in the following order:

  • at the bottom of the dish with high sides, put finely chopped onions, grease it with garlic and mayonnaise sauce;
  • Next, lay out a layer of boiled potatoes, grated on a coarse grater, top with potatoes again covered with garlic seasoning;
  • the third layer is made from finely chopped pickles;
  • the fourth layer is beets grated on a coarse grater mixed with garlic sauce; if the beets are not sweet enough, its taste can be improved with a teaspoon of sugar;
