Ingredients:

  • water - 1/2 cup;
  • dry yeast - 1 sachet;

  • flour - 200 g;
  • salt - 1/3 teaspoon.

Mix the dry ingredients. We heat the water to 38 degrees, add oil to it, mix thoroughly. Pour the resulting liquid into a bowl with flour, yeast and salt. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Then tighten it with cling film and leave for 40 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Our own prepared pizza dough.
